HIGHWAY EXIT

Back to the studio since early September to finish off the new album. Spending half a day every single day at SCA studio mixing and recording bits and pieces forgotten and left since we stopped recording in August. Nick, Anthony, Jason and Spyreas in 2 or 3 people shifts. Our manager paying visits from time to time. It’s his house that we spend most of the rest of our time planning, brainstorming, chilling, drinking and -at some point- sleeping. His house is the place we always return after exhausting nights out trying to shake off the everyday studio work stress that sometimes I admit is more than overwhelming. It has become a sanctuary, not only for the band but for many other friends as well – we call it our Youth Hostel, mr George Mouzis is our host and Maria is the coffee dealer.

This album is being charged with positive energy constantly and from all directions. But we hate it that we can’t do any gigs now, at least not until we finish this. I think that by mid October it will be ready for mastering and packaging. We’ll probably make a quick trip to the UK for the mastering but nothing’s certain yet.  What’s final is the tracklist.. Be The Devil, Perfect Mistake, Pregnant, Miles And Miles, San Quentin, End Is Near, Let’s Make It Count, I Know You Well, Not The Kindest Person, (The Way We Used To) Have A Good Time, Free Falling, I Wanna Be Your Dog. These are the final song titles in random order and the album title is gonna be one of them.. maybe we’ll run a guessing contest but I’m too bored to do that right now

We wanna thank all the bloggers out there that are constantly discovering our work and taking the time to write about it and the people at the concerts spreading the word – the last two gigs @ Petroupoli and Gazi were sick! Even more we wanna thank all the photographers that follow us in our gigs and create memories for us and our friends..
